About the Job

As a key member of our data team, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. Your expertise in designing and developing robust data models that meet business requirements will drive our organization's decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will design and develop advanced SQL Server stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views to support efficient ETL processes.
  • Utilizing your proficiency in SQL Server integration services (SSIS), you will build complex data transformations to drive business growth.
  • You will document solutions, including data models, configurations, and setup, to ensure seamless knowledge transfer within the team.
  • Developing data warehouses and collaborating with SSIS and SSRS reporting tools will enable you to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Through thorough analysis of the current ETL process, you will define new systems and implement technical specifications through reports that support informed decision-making.
  • Creating interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and SSRS will facilitate data-driven storytelling and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and users at various levels will be essential in soliciting suggestions and driving improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in data-related roles is required.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and systems such as Power BI, SSRS, SSIS is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft BI Stack is necessary for success in this position.
  • Strong data analysis skills are critical in making informed decisions.
  • Competency in developing SSIS-based integrations with external data sources is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data integration approaches is highly desirable.
