Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and managing end-to-end Google Ads campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and executing Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting to ensure high-quality, relevant ads.
  • Optimizing campaigns for performance, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, A/B testing, and quality score improvements.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting issues related to campaign delivery, ad disapprovals, or policy violations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • A proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or others) is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
  • Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.
  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
