We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team.

  • This role involves supporting digital marketing efforts, particularly in the legal or professional services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Design visuals and videos using graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  2. Social Media Management: Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms.
  3. Email & SMS Marketing: Create and manage campaigns via email marketing tools.
  4. SEO & GMB Support: Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and implement SEO best practices.
  5. Website Support: Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
  6. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide marketing reports.
  7. CRM & Communication Tools: Manage workflows and communication through CRM software.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (bonus points for background in legal or professional services).
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO.
  5. Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance.
  6. Willingness to work in US time zones.
