We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to join our dynamic team in the Philippines office. As an individual contributor, you will work closely with HR operations and recruitment teams to support all Workday process-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with local HR Operations and recruitment teams for requirement gathering, submitting change requests to HRIT, supporting local teams with testing, running reports for data audits to help keep HR data clean.
  • Support mass data change requests via EIB process and upkeep of security groups for the Philippines in collaboration with the Global Shared Services team.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday best practices and standards.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users on Workday functionalities and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues and escalate them to HRIT or Workday support as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday users, conduct training sessions for new users, and create training materials.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday with other systems and third-party applications, managing and troubleshooting data flows between Workday and other platforms.
  • Liaise with Workday consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage system enhancements, issue resolution, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday HCM, preferably in a Tier 2 support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
