Job Title:

Video Content Creator

This role requires a skilled and creative individual to produce engaging video content for various platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for brainstorming, developing, and executing content strategies that align with brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, write, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Be the on-camera personality for authentic, humorous, and engaging content.
  • Edit additional video content featuring strong content flow, appealing graphics, user-generated content, product visuals, or other talents.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and viral formats.
  • Track and report on content performance to inform future strategy.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of college education.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in content creation as a brand talent, videography, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and sound recording techniques.
  • Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 EFSET level).
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to present creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp and Slack.
  • Comfortable managing cross-time zone tasks.
  • Prior exposure to remote work and cross-cultural teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, calm under pressure, proactive mindset.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision needed.
  • Interest in a long-term, growth-oriented role.
