Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies to support business objectives.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, instructional materials, and knowledge base articles.

  • Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance content quality and efficiency.
  • Assist with interviewing subject matter experts to gather information about applications and production methods.
  • Validate deliverables for accuracy, readability, and usability while adhering to style guide standards.
  • Manage review, approval, and execution processes to ensure achievement of writing objectives in addition to quality and turnaround time standards.
  • Understand audience needs and preferences to create engaging and effective content.
  • Monitor feedback on procedural material and address questions or concerns as appropriate.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in business or technical writing.
  • 3+ years' working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to work with different levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
