Financial Planning and Business Analytics Leader


Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Business Analytics Leader to drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. This individual will work closely with business leaders to evaluate the financial impact of initiatives and ensure accurate accounting data flows through our systems.


  • Develop monthly financial reports with variance analysis against budget/forecast.
  • Build and maintain operating models and dashboards (Excel, Power BI a plus).
  • Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial impact of initiatives.

Accounting Support

This role involves ensuring timely and accurate month-end close in our financial system, working closely with accounting staff. The ideal candidate will review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations, and help optimize our financial structure and reporting hierarchies.

Operational Finance

The Financial Planning and Business Analytics Leader will support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning, track headcount, utilization, and financial KPIs, and prepare ad hoc financial models to support pricing, hiring, or strategic decisions.

Requirements:

7+ years of finance/accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in FP&A. Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial operations. Experience using financial software and tools such as NetSuite for accounting and reporting.
