About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Access Management Professional to join our team at Emerson Electric (Asia) Limited - ROHQ. As an Access Management Professional, you will be responsible for implementing and managing authorization policies and procedures using leading services to ensure secure and appropriate access controls across the enterprise.

The role involves maintaining and improving automation and processes related to employee lifecycle management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and associated services. You will collaborate with IAM personnel to define IAM infrastructure needs and coordinate with other IT teams to integrate solutions with established IAM services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement changes in alignment with change management practices; Collaborate with IAM personnel to define IAM infrastructure needs; Coordinate with other IT teams to integrate solutions with established IAM services.
  • Research and proactively identify tools and processes to detect emerging trends, analyze them, and create long-term plans to resolve and prevent issues while maintaining high service levels for the user community.
  • Develop and enhance automation and optimization of provisioning and access management processes throughout the identity lifecycle for both human and non-human identities.
  • Implement and manage IGA processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including access review capabilities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in IT or related fields.
  • 4–8 years of experience in IT, including IAM, Cybersecurity, and Project(s).
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of another international language is an advantage.
  • Security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCIH, GREM, MCSE) are a plus but not mandatory.
