Product Management Role Overview

The Product Management Department Head is responsible for driving the strategic direction and vision of the company's product portfolio. This senior role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in developing and executing innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including product planning, design, development, testing, and launch.   • Developing both long-term and short-term project plans for delivering digital services.
  • Directing strategy for digitization, identifying trends and technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Overseeing banking system innovation programs, including review and improvement of current systems.
  • Gathering user requirements and aligning them with the digitization roadmap.
