Technical Support Role

This role is for an individual who can provide expert technical assistance to clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to network infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, and Virtualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver level 2 support for network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Identify and resolve LAN and WAN network issues.
  • Assist with email setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Configure and manage Office365 accounts, users, settings, and administration.
  • Enable OneDrive access on local computers and troubleshoot OneDrive issues.
  • Enrol devices into Microsoft Intune and Azure domains.
  • Maintain daily backups using a reliable solution.
Requirements
  • Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and through written documentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build effective relationships with clients and staff.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with LAN and WAN network architecture.
  • Previous experience in an outsourced service delivery environment or consulting services.
  • Familiarity with RMM tools like ConnectWise Command for proactive maintenance tasks and monitoring automated alert tickets.
