Lead Business Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our business migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating our core operations to Zoho One, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a leadership role in implementing a cutting-edge business solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate inventory, customer data, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • E nsure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.
  • Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator). Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).

Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications (e-commerce, payment gateways, etc.).

Background in business process automation and optimization for industries similar to jewelry or retail.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.

Familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks for financial reconciliation is a plus.

Knowledge of SEO/marketing tools for sales optimization within Zoho is also an advantage.
