About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Graduate of Allied Science to join our team. As a CALL CENTER AGENT, you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding support to customers and clients of top brands, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields (e.g., Physical Therapy, Rad Tech, Pharmacy, Psychology, Med Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics). Non-licensed except Nursing Grads.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 months in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management).
  • Preferably with experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid).
  • Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, especially in the Philippine setting.
