We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team at Solid Lyndelle Manpower Services Inc. as an Office Staff member.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, and other software applications to perform tasks efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, and other software applications.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Experience in a similar role or industry.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to create engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
