At Hunter's Hub Inc., we are seeking an experienced Application Operations Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations enablement chapter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth transition of application features from development to production environments.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to align on their business application vision and priorities related to operations.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior colleagues in developing their skills and expertise in their area of responsibilities. Your ability to communicate effectively and lead operations support interactions with platform stakeholders will be essential to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive subject matter expertise in assigned business applications and Business Application Group's platform. You will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 8 years of relevant working experience or working in a similar role. Proficiency in Java, Python, Snowflake, SQL, AWS, JIRA/Confluence/SCRUM, Datawarehouse (ETL and Control-M), Incident and Problem Management, ITSM (IT Service Management), ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), and Dashboarding (Qlik) is required.
