Affiliate Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Development Manager to play a key role in managing and growing our affiliate portfolio. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and product to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners in the USA iGaming space, fostering collaboration and driving revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commissions, and campaigns to maximize performance and optimize ROI.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and propose data-driven optimizations to improve affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Actively seek out and onboard new affiliates to grow the partner network, expanding our reach and influence in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the iGaming sector, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong existing relationships with affiliate partners in the USA market, with a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools and reporting best practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote and flexible environment, with availability for ongoing communication and coordination with the team.
