Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support our Project Director in managing complex engineering documentation, schedules, and communications.

  • Act as the right hand to the Project Director, overseeing daily schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Translate and interpret technical documents and meetings between Mandarin and English.
  • Review and organize engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects.
  • Assist in project tracking, reporting, and documentation control.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English for effective communication.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills for prioritizing tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for building strong relationships.
  • Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an asset.
