Influencer Marketing Assistant Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Influencer Marketing professional to join our team.

This part-time remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and managing influencer relationships, tracking communications and campaign progress, and supporting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with influencers to ensure engagement and track their communications.
  • Maintain detailed records of deliverables and campaign progress.
  • Assist with scheduling short calls between influencers and the agency team.
  • Support influencer marketing operations, including organizing outreach lists and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, influencer management, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with email and short calls.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple communications simultaneously and follow through consistently.
