Job Description

As an HR Supervisor, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's human resources policies, programs, and strategies.

You will effectively manage the HR department, provide strategic HR insights, and oversee all aspects of human resources, including hiring, employee relations, training, and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Supervision, with a strong preference for those with 3+ HR subordinates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff members at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
