Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Unity Developer to create engaging and high-quality gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Unity, Unreal Engine, and other relevant platforms to develop interactive 2D and 3D ad experiences for mobile games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, artists, and programmers to deliver captivating gameplay mechanics, seamless performance, and integrated advertising solutions.
  • Develop interactive 2D and 3D ad experiences for mobile games using Unity, Unreal Engine, and other relevant platforms.
  • Leverage tools like Luna by Unity (Playworks) to optimize file size reduction, FPS improvement, and asset management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in C# and Unity's 2D/3D systems; experience with other engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Godot) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Luna by Unity (Playworks) or similar ad development tools.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile optimization techniques (e.g., file size reduction, FPS improvement, asset management).
  • Familiarity with ad networks (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, ironSource) and their integration.
  • Understanding of game physics, UI/UX design, and animation implementation in Unity.
  • Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, Perforce).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Solid grasp of game design principles, algorithms, and data structures.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with VR/AR or multiplayer game development.
  • Knowledge of shaders, visual effects, or 2D/3D asset integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Previous work on mobile game deployment (iOS/Android).
Work Environment

This is a remote position that requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
