Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to spearhead our quality assurance strategy across teams. This involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our web and software products.

This role requires a senior leader who can mentor QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to align QA efforts with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QA Automation Team: Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices across all projects
  • Drive Test Planning: Prioritize and execute both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems
  • Oversee Automation Framework: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable automated test scripts simulating end-to-end user interactions across platforms
  • Monitor Automation Test Coverage: Ensure issues are identified early and release cycles are efficient and reliable
  • Review Test Results: Prepare leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements and risk mitigation
  • Maintain CI/CD Integrations: Support continuous testing through automation framework, testing tools, and integrations
  • Mentor QA Engineers: Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the QA team
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Integrate QA processes seamlessly into development lifecycle and release workflows
  • Identify Quality Gaps: Proactively identify gaps in quality processes and lead initiatives for operational excellence and innovation in QA practices
  • Explore AI-Driven Testing Solutions: Enhance automation efficiency through intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, and predictive defect detection
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years experience in both manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios
  • Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
