Visual Design Specialist Job

We're looking for a skilled Visual Design Specialist to create high-impact ad creatives that drive results.

This role involves designing static and animated ad visuals for various platforms, creating eye-catching graphics with strong hooks and CTAs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of eCommerce performance creatives and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

The responsibilities include:

  • Designing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, and YouTube thumbnails.
  • Creating graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations to support high-converting funnels and landing pages.
  • Elevating brand identity through fresh and creative concepts while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Interpreting ad performance data to optimize creatives for better CTR, ROAS, and engagement.
  • Staying up-to-date on ad design trends and pitching original ideas during brainstorming sessions.
  • Collaborating with video editors, funnel designers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive ad campaigns.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing.
  • A proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles, including hooks, CTA hierarchy, and conversion design.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic polish with performance goals.
  • Clear English communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and composition.
  • Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
