Job Summary

A skilled Visual Design Specialist is required to develop visually compelling designs across various digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop visual assets for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Tool Proficiency: Create designs by hand or using industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Visual Optimization: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Client Collaboration & Revision: Develop draft designs for client review and revise based on feedback.
  • Quality Assurance: Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
Focused Skills:
  • Creating diverse graphic assets for digital and print platforms (e.g., web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements).
  • Utilizing industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Ensuring visual appeal, readability, and brand consistency in all designs.
  • Managing the design process from concept development to final approval and delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to meet design specifications and incorporate feedback.
Qualifications:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good character and willingness to work on a graveyard shift is a plus.
  • At least one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.
