Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to help build and customize websites, manage plugins, handle website migrations and launches, and provide critical support as a trusted point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database using designated software.
  • Enter data from various digital sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and categorize data following established protocols.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as instructed by the CEO, utilizing online collaboration tools.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks using online tools and resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively while working remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discreet, professional, and possess a positive attitude.
  • Experience working with a CEO or senior management is a plus.
