About the Opportunity

USANA Health Sciences is seeking a Corporate Governance Specialist to join its team in the Philippines. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with USANA's policies and procedures, as well as maintaining positive relationships with internal departments and independent associates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MLM sales compliance, with a minimum of 5 years of related experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential. Experience using i-Sight, Micro Strategies, or Odyssey will be highly valued.

You will work closely with the Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive compliance and associate satisfaction. Your strong analytical and organizational skills, combined with your ability to problem solve and build relationships, make you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective compliance strategies, working closely with internal departments and independent associates.
  2. Conduct thorough investigations into policy violations, compiling case summaries for submission to the Ethics Committee.
  3. Review and approve written communications from Ethics Specialists, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  4. Liaise with Sales Development and the management team to understand market trends and needs.
