Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering phones and taking messages in a professional and courteous manner
  • Updating employee, client, and company data accurately and efficiently
  • Filing and organizing office supplies, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Managing office equipment, including printers and copiers, to ensure optimal performance
  • Booking meetings and events, coordinating logistics and arrangements as needed
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
