Job Description

This position is ideal for someone who not only understands performance metrics and scaling paid spend, but also thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and metrics-obsessed environment. We're seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, as well as a working knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok advertising.

As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll be tasked with building and scaling high-performing ad campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. You'll work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns.

Some of the key responsibilities include developing and executing high-performing Meta Ads and Google Ads strategies, setting up and managing paid campaigns, expanding reach through LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, writing compelling ad copy, collaborating with the creative team, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, and owning key marketing KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with proven ability to scale campaigns to $200K+/month in spend, demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing, advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools, experience in copywriting and ad creative testing, strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles, and familiarity with creative testing frameworks, content iteration, and scaling UGC campaigns.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Demonstrated success in e-commerce performance marketing
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other reporting tools
  • Experience in copywriting and ad creative testing
  • Strong understanding of attribution, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization principles
