Main Responsibilities:- Cash Management: Assist the Cash Management Team in overseeing the cash handling processes.
- Centralized Clearing: Coordinate the clearance of cheques and other bank transactions.
- Branch Operations: Support the Branch Operations Head in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in business-related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in banking operations in a supervisory capacity, preferably cashiering.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
