Job Summary

We are currently looking for a skilled Financial Transaction Processing Expert to join our team in the Philippines. This role will be responsible for securing all receipts and invoices for billing, ensuring timely submission of Statements of Account (SOA), tracking and following up on collections, and formulating processes for more efficient billing and collection methods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Secures all receipts and invoices for billing: The Financial Transaction Processing Expert will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of all receipts and invoices received from customers or suppliers.
  2. Timely SOA submission: This involves ensuring that Statements of Account are submitted to customers within the agreed-upon timeframe, typically 30 days after receipt of payment.
  3. Collection tracking and follow-up: The expert will be responsible for monitoring outstanding payments and following up with customers to ensure prompt settlement.
  4. Timely and complete billing and collection process: This requires coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and processing of billing and collection activities.
  5. Formulate processes for more efficient billing and collection methods: Based on analysis and review of current processes, the expert will identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial transaction processing, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Compensation

The estimated monthly salary range for this position is between PHP 35,000 to PHP 50,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
