Drafter - Technical Drawing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled drafter to play a key role in our design team.
About the Role- Create detailed technical drawings from hand sketches, ranging from basic to complex designs.
- Refine and format CAD drawings for presentation, adhering to company standards and best practices.
- Edit schematic drawings based on client feedback and revisions.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including dimensions, door/window sizes, electrical plans, and more.
- Revise floor plans and layouts in response to client markups.
- Maintain precision and consistency in every drawing update.
- Proven experience as a drafter or in a similar architectural/technical drawing role.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with PDF markups.
- Ability to interpret hand-drawn sketches and translate them into precise CAD files.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- AutoCAD Required.
- Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader.
