Lead QA Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Lead QA Engineer to fill a key position in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing and quality assurance, with experience in leading teams and implementing automation scripts.

  • Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using testing tools such as Selenium and Appium.
  • Create testing strategies, documentation, and processes to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Report and discuss issues with the development team to drive problem-solving and improvement.
  • Conduct both manual and automated testing, including script creation for projects.
  • Provide detailed records of results, test cases, and feedback to the project team.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and database optimization.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA processes, programming languages, and test management tools.
  • Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Postman).
  • Experience in API Testing, SOAP and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in presentation and report writing.
