Bookkeeper/ AR/AP RoleAbout the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and experience managing financial records with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in QuickBooks.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Ensure all financial records comply with industry standards.
  • Assist with tax preparation and audits as needed.
  • Monitor and track business expenses to optimize budgeting and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks is a must (both Online and Desktop versions preferred).
  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
