About the Role

As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be responsible for handling medical results with utmost care and confidentiality. Your primary duties will include:

  1. Maintaining Patient Record Confidentiality: Ensure that all patient records are kept confidential and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  2. Central Processing and Releasing Results: Accurately and promptly process and release medical results, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  3. Monitoring Industrial Transactions: Oversee daily industrial transactions and results from clinics, receiving attachments and transmitting data for evaluation.
  4. Preparing Reports: Prepare and ensure timely release of industrial reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  5. Informing Clinics: Inform clinics regarding status of results and pending results.
  6. Generating Summary Reports: Prepare summary reports for Health Profile requested by clients and corporations.
  7. Ensuring Accuracy: Ensure accuracy in encoding and locking of Cardio results and receive/encode company transmittals of delivered results.
  8. Managing Insurance Forms: Ensure sufficient insurance forms are available and file completed transmittal forms accordingly.
  9. Delivering Documents: Properly instruct messengers in delivering documents/results to clients.
  10. Performing Dry Film Printing: Perform and monitor dry film printing requests from clinics.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate in any 4-year course
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • Amenable to work in Makati and in Project-Based employment (1 month)
  • Can start ASAP
