As a Lead Coffee Brewer with Infinity Outsourcing Services, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by brewing high-quality coffee beverages in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A Bachelor's College Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nationally Certified II (NCII) holders for Barista certification are a plus, but not mandatory. Experience with Cashiering POS systems and familiarity with coffee brewing equipment and techniques are also desirable.

You should have a proven track record of working in the coffee shop or milk tea shop industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Our company offers competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of Php 25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
