Job Title: Cloud Technical Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned technical professional to lead our Salesforce implementation and drive innovation in our cloud-based platform.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce architecture, integration, and customisation. They will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deliver, and test bespoke solutions for our business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.

  • Support the continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.

  • Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.

  • Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimising business processes.

  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.

  • Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.

  • Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customisation, code based & declarative tools.

  • Comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.

  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.

  • Proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
