Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our offshore delivery team. As a key contributor, you will play a vital role in translating client requirements into functional solutions, working closely with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position that requires collaboration and strong communication skills. You will support client workshops and advisory work while contributing to solution design, configuration, and delivery within a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce configuration work from offshore, particularly in Service Cloud and OmniStudio.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and Salesforce configurations (flows, automations, permissions, etc.).
  • Support solution design sessions with senior consultants and architects.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, flows, automations, and permissions aligned with best practices.
  • Assist with data preparation, migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, and UX designers to align on timelines and solution quality.
  • Communicate delivery progress, blockers, and risks to the wider team.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore team members in Agile delivery environments.
Quality & Documentation
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of solution design and configuration decisions.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and reusable solution libraries.
  • Perform functional testing to validate your own configurations and support QA efforts.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem trends.
  • Obtain and maintain Salesforce certifications as part of your development plan.
  • Participate in peer learning and mentoring within the offshore team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
