Job Description

You will lead the development and implementation of advanced data science solutions to address complex business challenges.

  • Leverage machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Use state-of-the-art MLOps practices to evaluate different models, manage them, and deploy them to production.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists.
  • Lead workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, communicate findings, and solicit feedback from stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a data science role.
  • A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated track record of leading and mentoring teams.
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data mining techniques.
  • Strong programming skills and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.
