Key Role in Data Science

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SQL, Python/R, ETL/ELT processes, statistical modeling, and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights and predictive models.

You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams, using data to bring clarity to complex problems and opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA), preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R.

  • Create machine learning pipelines to predict future trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient and reliable data flow.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong foundation in statistics (descriptive stats, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression). You will also be knowledgeable about machine learning techniques (regression, decision trees, random forests, clustering).

To excel in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences. You will be able to connect data findings to real-world business outcomes and drive strategic business decisions.


Key Qualifications

This role requires:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related field (Master's or PhD is a plus).
  • 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions).
