Key Territory Developer

To succeed in this role, you will need to drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities and developing strong relationships with clients. This includes effectively managing your assigned territory to meet monthly and annual volume targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver results-driven sales performance by meeting set sales targets and expanding your client base.
  • Develop effective account management strategies that balance excellent customer service with cost-efficiency in operations and logistics.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and stakeholders within the assigned area.
  • Present product value through technical demonstrations and live selling.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and provide market intelligence to support business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in a field sales environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Previous experience in construction materials, FMCG, retail, or general trade industries is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for territory coverage.
