Job Title: Supply Chain Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to fill this challenging role.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP systems. Key responsibilities will include providing functional requirements, leading discovery sessions with clients, developing business scenarios, configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 for various modules, and delivering solution demonstrations.

  1. Support the sales team in responding to RFPs by providing detailed functional requirements.
  2. Lead engaging discovery sessions with clients to determine possible solutions to their business challenges.
  3. Develop comprehensive business scenarios relevant to the client based on information gathered during discovery sessions.
  4. Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP for Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Manufacturing.
  5. Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
  6. Document proposed solution overviews, including possible integrations, based on RFPs and information gathered during discovery sessions.
  7. Write detailed design documents for customizations and reports for D365, capturing boundary conditions and including comprehensive test scenarios.
  8. Review design documents, data mapping, and integration mapping written by other team members.
  9. Lead conference room pilots (CRP) and training for D365 and associated systems to clients and team members.
  10. Conduct one training session at Unify University annually.
  11. Produce insightful articles for the Unify Dots blog on D365 SCM functional topics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning
  • Excellent communication skills in English
