- Answering customer inquiries regarding cable services, packages, features, and troubleshooting
- Promoting and upselling cable services, including internet, television, and phone packages, based on customer needs and preferences

- Resolving technical issues, account-related questions, and service concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience

Qualifications for this position include at least HS/SHS Grad + 6 months to 11 months Int'l BPO experience with a focus on BPO Sales and Up.
