Job Overview

This role is responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices and values to drive customer satisfaction. As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will lead the team in creating reliable and practical plans for iterations, ensuring the right mix of business-focused digital capabilities deployed within the right framework for transformation.

  • Guide the team in adopting Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
  • Build self-organizing teams to fill intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace.
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them by finding the right personnel/stakeholders to maintain work progress momentum.
Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the team.
  • Support and educate the Product Owner on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Provide servant leadership and lead by example to support the team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master with experience in Salesforce implementations or related CRM projects.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and related tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
