Property Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Backer to join our team at Cyberbacker. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rental properties.
Key Responsibilities- Communication and Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, and owners through email and phone calls.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Schedule and oversee necessary repairs and maintenance with contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Tenant Qualification: Support the process of tenant prequalification to find suitable renters.
- Property Management System: Keep the property management system up-to-date with the latest data on properties and transactions.
- Financial Management: Assist in the financial management of properties, including rent collection, bookkeeping tasks, and preparation of monthly financial summaries.
- Inspections and Compliance: Arrange and oversee property inspections to maintain standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Marketing and Communication: Create and send out engaging monthly newsletters to tenants, keeping them informed and connected.
- Rental Market Research: Research rental market trends to set competitive rental prices.
- Lease Administration: Help in preparing lease agreements and other legal paperwork related to property management.
- Customer Service: Regularly check in with tenants to ensure they are happy with their living conditions and address any concerns.
- Documentation: Document all property-related activities meticulously for reference and compliance.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive Approach: Has a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Adaptability: No prior experience in property management is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
