Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes and organize training initiatives.
  • Resolve HR operational issues and guide employees through corrective actions to ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Maintain and update policies, procedures, and knowledge bases to provide best-in-class support for employees.
  • Ensure human resources records are updated and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Serve as an expert resource for HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and leave.
  • Oversee internal HR systems, records, trackers, and databases.
  • Lead HR automation initiatives and develop tools to enhance process efficiencies.
  • Serve as the team's point of contact in the absence of the HR Operations Lead.
  • Generate official documents such as promotion letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and other related communications.
  • Ensure data integrity by updating all HR systems to reflect personnel movements and changes.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, senior management, and employees.
  • Support administration and implementation of HR processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to workplace policies.
  • Contribute to developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
  • Work with the team to create and improve internal processes and procedures.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and recommend new benefits and software to address personnel needs.
