Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to employee inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate employee offboarding processes and organize training initiatives.
- Resolve HR operational issues and guide employees through corrective actions to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Maintain and update policies, procedures, and knowledge bases to provide best-in-class support for employees.
- Ensure human resources records are updated and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as an expert resource for HR-related policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including performance management, compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Oversee internal HR systems, records, trackers, and databases.
- Lead HR automation initiatives and develop tools to enhance process efficiencies.
- Serve as the team's point of contact in the absence of the HR Operations Lead.
- Generate official documents such as promotion letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and other related communications.
- Ensure data integrity by updating all HR systems to reflect personnel movements and changes.
- Collaborate with external vendors, senior management, and employees.
- Support administration and implementation of HR processes and procedures, ensuring adherence to workplace policies.
- Contribute to developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Work with the team to create and improve internal processes and procedures.
- Monitor key HR metrics and recommend new benefits and software to address personnel needs.
