We are looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team at PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our employees have a positive and engaging experience throughout their employment journey.

This includes sourcing qualified candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing the overall candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about employee experience and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and discuss with clients on all recruitment-related concerns and recommend solutions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct initial interviews and prepare interview impressions.
  • Endorse shortlisted applicants for next-level or final interviews.
  • Develop and/or maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future needs.
  • Update and submit recruitment metrics/progress reports.
  • Build a network through industry contacts to find qualified candidates.
  • Manage assigned special projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any Social and Behavioral Science course.
  • At least six (6) months of related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Good communication and interviewing skills.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
