Marketing Operations Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Brunt Work. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our existing marketing management business and helping us launch our new e-commerce platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sustaining the existing marketing management business through coordination and administrative tasks
  • MailChimp email campaign coordination
  • Customer database list management, including tagging and segmenting
  • Administrative assistance to the Owner/Marketing Director across multiple client accounts as needed
  • Document formatting for brand consistency and professional presentation
  • WordPress CMS site updates with new content and pages
  • Digital channel improvement
  • New resource proofreading before publication
  • Graphic designer brief creation

You'll also be tasked with:

  • Market research for new tech solutions and opportunities targeting the American professional services sector
  • Setting up and implementing marketing tools (CRM, email marketing systems)
  • E-commerce website development coordination, working with developers and content creators
  • Content creation and management for various marketing channels (social media, email campaigns)
  • Proactive identification and recommendation of marketing challenge solutions
  • Customer waitlist and email nurture sequence management
  • Branding assistance and ensuring consistent application across all materials
  • Marketing administrative tasks and new business launch project management support

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably with expertise in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
