**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the implementation of trade projects and programs to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate trade program initiatives.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of trade and merchandising programs to optimize results.

**Merchandising Excellence**

  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to enhance visibility, maintain brand consistency, and improve the shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory and allocation to ensure optimal stock levels and functionality.

**Retail Sales Enablement**

  • Partner with internal teams to optimize product placement, execute promotions, and analyze merchandising effectiveness.
  • Equip Dealer-Based Promoters with up-to-date product knowledge and selling materials.

**In-Store Activation**

  1. Assist in planning and executing in-store events, including product demonstrations and experiential marketing.
  2. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

**Resource Management**

  • Account for and manage resources, such as laptops, customer databases, and devices, to effectively fulfill responsibilities.
  • Maintain demo units in good working condition at all times.

**Reporting and Insights**

  • Preserve relevant documents and organize information to inform management decisions.
  • Prepare reports on market situation and competitive updates for partner dealers.

**Internal Compliance**

  • Evaluate compliance with the company's quality, environment, health, and safety management systems.
