Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for inspecting HVAC systems, electrical components of HVAC equipment, pipe utility services, and general fire prevention components. They will also be expected to:
- Identify and document maintenance issues of HVAC equipment.
- Consult with the inspection team about the HVAC system and equipment status.
- Analyze HVAC systems and equipment as needed to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions, and suggest ways to enhance performance and increase operational efficiency.
- Attend regular project team meetings.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
