Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Cleaning and Maintenance: Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks in all areas of the facility, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop effective relationships with owners and managers to ensure prompt notification of any necessary repairs or issues.
- Trash Management: Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Furniture and Surface Cleaning: Clean and maintain upholstered furniture, carpets, and other surfaces to ensure a healthy and pleasant environment.
- Instructions and Compliance: Follow written and verbal instructions from building owners or management to guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
