We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to join our team in a hands-on role that combines passion for gaming with business acumen.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing community management strategies that drive player engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive community management plan aligned with brand goals.
  • Maintaining and growing social media presence across key platforms.
  • Moderating community discussions to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
  • Planning and executing engaging content, promotions, and events tailored to online casino audiences.
  • Serving as the liaison between the player community and internal teams.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and preparing regular reports on community engagement and growth.

A strong background in content planning, copywriting, and engagement strategies is essential. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in community management or social media management in the online casino industry. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and build relationships with players and stakeholders.
