Account Manager Job Summary

This role involves overseeing account management and campaign execution to deliver high-quality results.

As an operational cornerstone for accounts, you will ensure seamless campaign execution, exceptional deliverable quality, and transparent performance visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and optimize multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proprietary automation tools
  • Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development, campaign architecture, and outreach sequencing
  • Develop and refine high-converting outreach messaging including connection requests, multi-touch follow-up sequences, and email cadences
  • Lead campaign brief development, ideal customer profile refinement, and lead list validation processes
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign performance
  • Design and maintain sophisticated reporting dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations for client review
  • Develop compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with client objectives and maintains consistent voice across all touchpoints
  • Manage automated and manual client communication workflows including meeting booking updates, campaign milestones, and performance highlights
  • Create executive-level presentations and campaign retrospectives for business reviews
Data Management & CRM Operations
  • Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems
  • Manage appointment coordination including no-show follow-up, reschedule processing, and confirmation workflows
  • Execute systematic re-engagement campaigns for prospects expressing future interest or delayed buying timelines
  • Ensure data integrity across all client touchpoints and maintain GDPR/compliance standards
Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate daily reports featuring key metrics, execution blockers, campaign highlights, and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain real-time client and campaign performance dashboards using Coda and integrated analytics platforms
  • Partner with operations team on automated monthly and weekly client reporting processes
  • Conduct regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-4 years experience in account management, campaign operations, or growth marketing roles
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services industries
  • Understanding of modern sales development and demand generation methodologies
